Your gentle understanding of my quirks and fears was greatly appreciated as you held my hand and carefully explained each step in the process.  There were some snags but you handled each of them in a confident and professional manner, all the while keeping me informed.

 Nothing is as important as your reputation, and yours is still impeccable.  Honesty and integrity are two of your best attributes.  Calm, friendly and charming are also words I would use to describe you. Due to the circumstances that caused me to sell my home, it was not a happy venture and I cannot imagine getting through this successfully without you.
